PFIN was born from a deep passion to impact lives and help people grow, advance and reach their full potential, regardless of background or circumstance. The defining moment came while reflecting on Acts 1:8, where the Holy Spirit empowers believers to be witnesses "from Jerusalem to the ends of the earth." That scripture brought a powerful realization: if one person can be empowered to influence the world, then a network of spirited, purpose-driven people can come together to inspire, empower and establish lives across nations.
From that vision, PFIN emerged with a mission that starts in Nigeria and extends beyond borders, race, religion, colour or social status. We believe true transformation happens when people become both the network and the witness of hope, compassion and empowerment in their communities.

Lebi Adetokunbo Sanjay, JP, is the Founder and President of Pentecostal Fire Inspiration Network (PFIN). He is a pastor, inspirational author, life coach, entrepreneur, philanthropist, and seasoned public sector leader with expertise in taxation and public administration.
Driven by a passion to demonstrate Christ's love through practical service, he founded PFIN to inspire faith, restore hope, empower communities, and provide humanitarian support to vulnerable people across nations. His vision is to see lives transformed through the Gospel, compassion, and sustainable community impact.
He is happily married to Minister Lebi Opeyemi Esther, and they are blessed with wonderful children.
Minister Lebi Opeyemi Esther (Yemi Lebi)
Minister Lebi Opeyemi Esther, popularly known as Yemi Lebi, is the Vice President of Pentecostal Fire Inspiration Network (PFIN). She is a Gospel music minister, educator, entrepreneur, and passionate advocate for spiritual growth and community transformation.
Through her music ministry and humanitarian service, she inspires hope, faith, and resilience, encouraging people to trust God in every season of life. She plays a key role in advancing PFIN's mission of sharing Christ's love through worship, compassion, and outreach.
Evangelist Lebi Oluyemisi Omotola, JP
Evangelist Lebi Oluyemisi Omotola, JP, serves as the Global Adviser of Pentecostal Fire Inspiration Network (PFIN). A respected education consultant and former senior education administrator, she brings decades of leadership experience in education, mentorship, family counseling, and humanitarian service.
Her wisdom, integrity, and lifelong commitment to uplifting vulnerable communities continue to provide invaluable guidance to PFIN's global mission.
